![]() I have understandably lost all faith in their ability to deliver such a nice item and said I want my refund. Instead of processing my refund, as requested when the table arrived totally damaged, they offered to send a new one. Got a confirmation email saying it would be processed in 7-14 business days (in what century does it take 7-14 days to process a refund?) it has officially been 14 days without $130 refund. Called them for the umpteenth time (took 30 min, as always, to get connected-at least I was connected this time). After my last backordering fiasco I decided to cancel the order immediately. In fine print after ordering I saw that the glasses were backordered. Concurrently, I ordered glasses for my boyfriend’s birthday. An $800 table rendered completely useless by total incompetence and lack of coordination with their delivery vendor. Not fine? No word or communication from BD about the backorder at all. I ordered a table that was backordered for 3 months, fine. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! THEY WILL HOLD YOUR MONEY RANSOM. I was told 2 weeks ago that my refund was processed, but that obviously didn’t mean much. And I’ll consider the item refunded when the money is in my bank account. The other ($790) order is under the name Maryann, order #275799. it’s 12:30 pm (next day), and no one has reached out to me. The reply on this post is no indication that my problem has been resolved. ![]() Doubt these companies would want a customer to associate BD’s poor customer service with their brand. Considering reaching out to the numerous companies that have products listed on their website to warn them about the poor service BD provides. Unfortunately I still have yet to see my $120 (19 days and counting) and no communication on when they will have someone collect my 200 lb busted table. The numerous phone calls and emails didn’t seem to spur BD into action but I guess this poor review did. By some miracle my mom got her $790 back. Super lame company to work with.Īnother update: Still no word from Burke Decor. Or they say let me call the warehouse and I will email you with an update.
